CompuGroup Medical, one of the leading providers of eHealthcare solutions worldwide, has entered into a purchase agreement with Lorensbergs Communication AB.

Lorensbergs is, with its product "Asynja" a strong vendor in the Swedish market for eHealth solutions to General Practitioners. The company holds a market leading position and delivers eHealth solutions to Occupational Healthcare providers in Scandinavia. This matches the goals of CompuGroup Medical - one of the leading providers of eHealthcare solutions worldwide.

The current management team of Lorensbergs Communication, headed by Hans Almvide, Managing Director, will continue to lead the company.

The fit between the business of Lorensbergs and CGM is expected to further strengthen the position of Lorensbergs Communications and CGM in Northern Europe.
